STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard Domestic Delivery is usually delivered in 10 business days. Express Domestic Delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days if placed before 12:00PM EST. International Delivery is usually delivered within 14-30 days.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

We charge a flat rate of $5.50 for all for all standard domestic orders and a flat rate of $8.50 for all international orders.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the uninstalled item to us within 30 day of purchase and we will either:

    remake your lettering at no charge
    refund your entire purchase price (less shipping)

We cannot accept the return of previously installed items. However, if part of the quote or decal was damaged during the installation process, let us know and we will send you the replacement pieces at no charge. If would like to return your item, please contact us at orders@thoughtsthatstick.com.  Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
